Some people claim that this is possible for them and they can do several things at the same time, but the fact is that it never happens at the same time, and actually they are jumping from one task to another, And cut the work in half and continue the next work

Multitasking has three important side effects:
1- Reducing the quality of work
When you are constantly jumping between tasks, not only the concentration of the mind decreases but also the tasks remain incomplete, at the end the tasks are done by very low quality.
2- Increasing the time to do things
When you do a work without focus and have to put their energy on several tasks at the same time, you will end up spending more time on each task, and with a greater risk of making mistakes.
3- Increased stress and fatigue
Eventually when you put all your energy on doing several things at the same time and you do not get a good result, you end up with extra fatigue and the stress of getting things to be done, being accountable for their quality and subconsciously stressing your mind.
So stop multitasking!
